A Few Things Before We Meet, Beautiful
I truly appreciate you choosing me to care for your hair. To make sure every guest enjoys a relaxing, personalized, and uninterrupted experience, I've created a few simple policies. Thank you for taking a moment to review them.
Booking & Deposits
To reserve your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. Most services require a $25 deposit, while select services require a $50 deposit. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment as long as you provide the required notice and follow my rescheduling policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Each appointment may be rescheduled one time. Your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment when the required notice is provided.
Late Arrivals
I want us to enjoy every minute of your appointment without feeling rushed. Please make every effort to arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show. This policy allows me to respect the time of every guest.
A Little Time Just for You
I want your salon visit to be a peaceful moment where you can relax and enjoy being pampered. For that reason, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate additional guests, including children, family members, or friends. Pets are not permitted in the salon. Thank you for helping me maintain a calm and comfortable environment.
Refunds & Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. While refunds are not offered for completed services, I always want you to feel comfortable sharing any concerns about your experience. If you have a concern about your completed service, please contact me within 72 hours of your appointment. I'll be happy to discuss your concerns and offer an appropriate complimentary solution. I take pride in my work, and I want you to feel beautiful and confident with your hair.
